At Cactus Outdoor, we stand by the durability of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
